In this transformative workshop, you will explore your own mortality and what it means to lead a deeply fulfilled life. You'll be guided through a series of thought-provoking journal prompts, restorative yoga and a meditation on death to help you reflect on your life’s most significant events. You'll draft your own obituary and six-word epitaph for your gravestone which tells your story, in your words, and captures exactly how you want to be remembered.
Choosing to explore your feelings about life's journey towards death is an act of bravery that allows you to get up close and personal with what is sacred. You will gain a clear perspective on where you are now, where you want to go, and what kind of legacy you want to create.
