Rest your mind and your heart. Join us in the early morning hours to experience the power of silent meditation. We will open with a brief practice of breathing (pranayama) and chanting (pranava) specific to Carrie’s lineage. New meditators are welcome, and simple repeated phrases (mantras) will be offered to help focus the mind. As always, Carrie is available to offer guidance and suggestions to help you find increased comfort with anything that arises during the practice. Meditation helps to clear your brain, is excellent for stress management, and integrates mindfulness into your daily life.

A shawl and mala beads are recommended, but not required.
