We are all working on something.
You most likely have heard something about the power of setting your intention. At some point you have certainly written down specific goals at work or home. Perhaps you have even created a manifestation board to visualize your future.
Whether pen to paper or visual cueing, these practices work.
SEEING your intention imprints it on your brain and keeps it at the forefront of your mind and close to your heart.
At Rasamaya we use the nine core emotions (rasas) as a base for manifesting our intentions. One of the ways we accomplish this is by wearing one or all of the rasas on our wrists. For centuries, people have adorned their wrists for remembrance, gratitude, honor. Wearing a rasa cuff is a little bit like tying a string to your finger so you don't forget what's important. Every time you look at your wrist you move a little closer to your most creative, full and inspiring life.
Which rasa resonates with you?
WONDER ( Adbhuta Rasa ) - Renew your sense of awe in the world. Stop and literally smell the roses, notice how the wind turning the leaves. Get curious. Open your eyes.
FEAR (Bhayanaka Rasa)- Notice when your hackles come up. Heighten your intuition and ask if yourself if your fears are reasonable. Dial in. Get brave.
JOY (Hasya Rasa) - Cultivate Joy. Play. Live fully in each moment, breath by breath. Laugh till you cry.
DISGUST (Vibhatsa Rasa)- The roots of transformation are often grounded in disgust. Use it at a catalyst to cultivate positive change.
COURAGE (Veera Rasa) - Stand in your power, own who you are and what you are here to do. Keep moving. Test your wings.
ANGER (Raudra Rasa) - Surrender, surrender, surrender. Anger can move you to a different spot. Harness it to inspire action.
LOVE (Sringara Rasa) - We all need love. Self-love, spiritual-love, love of another, compassionate love. To quote the Beatles, "All you need is love."
COMPASSION (Karuna Rasa) - Connect with the world around you. Give back to the community you inhabit. Be of service without hope of reward.
PEACE (Shanta Rasa) - The ultimate goal of all spiritual traditions is peace and non-attachment. Be the calm in the storm. Find stillness.
