Crispy brown rice cereal is a delicious way to keep the crunch in your breakfast routine -- without the added sugar. Swimming in creamy, unsweetened soy/nut/rice milk, topped with Vitamin C-rich fresh strawberries and blueberries, and sprinkled with unsalted sunflower seeds, this big bowl of breakfast goodness has all the fuel and the flavor you need to get your engine going!
- 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsps Unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened soy/nut/rice milk
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Brown rice cereal
Rinse the fresh strawberries and blueberries. Remove the stems of the fresh strawberries and slice them. Combine the brown rice cereal, unsalted sunflower seeds, unsweetened soy/nut/rice milk, fresh strawberries and blueberries for a quick, balanced breakfast!
