Hiding vegetables in your breakfast has never been so delicious. All of the flavors of carrot cake are on the menu this morning, without the sugar crash!
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 2 tbsps Raisins
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
1. Submerge the rolled oats raisins in unsweetened soy/nut/rice milk, using roughly 1.5 times as much liquid to rolled oats.
2. Cover the oatmeal and put it in the fridge overnight. The next morning you will find soft, fresh tasting oats that won't stick to the bottom of the pan or boil over like cooked oats. That's right, NO cooking involved!
3. In the morning, grate the carrot and mix in the carrot, cinnamon, and walnuts with the rolled oats. Enjoy!
